1. Manuscript
Length
Manuscripts should
generally not exceed 25 pages including the Arabic and English
abstracts, keywords, references, tables, and appendices.
Any extension beyond the
prescribed limit requires prior approval from the Editor-in-Chief, based on the
scholarly merit and necessity of the content.
2. Abstract
and Keywords
The abstract must not
exceed 200 words, and If the manuscript is written in a language other than
English, it must be accompanied by an English abstract.
Abstracts should clearly
state the purpose, methodology and key findings of the research.
Following the abstract,
five (5) keywords should be provided to facilitate indexing.
3. Manuscript
Layout and Formatting
Submissions should be
prepared in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins
on all sides, and set in a single-column format.
Arabic manuscripts should
be typed in a clear, standard Arabic font (such as Traditional Arabic, 16-point
for main text).
For Hausa-language
submissions, universal Hausa hooked letters must be used.
Page numbers should be
centered at the bottom of each page.
4. Title Page
A separate title page must
contain the title of the paper, the full name(s) of the author(s), academic
affiliation(s), ORCID iD (if available), and email address.
If the manuscript is
written in a language other than English, an English translation of the title
and author names must also be provided..
5. Referencing Style
The referencing style
depends on the research discipline: APA (latest edition) for social sciences
and Chicago for humanities.
All references must be
complete, accurate, and consistent.
6. Language Quality
Authors must ensure their
submissions are free from linguistic, grammatical, and typographical errors.
Manuscripts may be rejected
at the preliminary stage if language quality is inadequate.
7. References
References in Arabic should
be listed immediately after the main text, arranged alphabetically by the
author’s last name.
Non-Arabic references
follow their respective referencing format, maintaining consistency throughout
the list.
8. Initial Screening
The Editorial Board
reserves the right to conduct an initial evaluation to determine whether the
manuscript meets the journal’s thematic scope, formatting requirements, and
scholarly standards before sending it for peer review.
9. Peer Review Process
AL-TAKAMUL INTERNATIONAL
JOURNAL uses a double-blind peer review system, where neither the
authors nor the reviewers know each other’s identities.
Each manuscript is reviewed
by at least two qualified experts.
The peer review process is
typically completed within one week from the date of receiving a submission
that meets the journal’s publication requirements.
10. Publication Ethics
All submissions must be
original and must not be under consideration by another journal.
The journal follows strict
ethical guidelines and reserves the right to reject manuscripts that violate
these standards.
11. Author’s Responsibility
The views expressed in
published articles are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily
represent the opinions of the journal or its Editorial Board.
12. Publication Fees
Local Authors (Naira): ₦5,000/FCFA
2,000 review fee and ₦25,000/FCFA
10,000 processing fee.
International Authors (USD): $10 review fee and $50
processing fee.

دليل التقديم
1.
حجم البحث
يجب ألا يتجاوز البحث المقدم للنشر ثلاثين (25) صفحة
متضمنة الملخصين (العربي والإنجليزي)، والكلمات المفتاحية، والمراجع، والجداول،
والملاحق.
أي زيادة عن العدد المحدد من الصفحات تتطلب موافقة
مسبقة من رئيس التحرير بناء على القيمة العلمية والمبررات الأكاديمية للبحث.
2. الملخص والكلمات المفتاحية
يُشترط ألا يزيد طول الملخص على 200 كلمة، كما يجب
أن يتضمن البحث ملخصًا باللغة الإنجليزية إذا كانت لغة البحث الأصلية غير
الإنجليزية.
يتعين أن يتضمن الملخص هدف البحث، ومنهجيته، وأهم
نتائجه، وقيمته العلمية.
يلي الملخص قائمة من خمس (5) كلمات مفتاحية تسهّل
عملية الفهرسة والتكشيف.
3. تنسيق البحث وإعداده
تكتب البحوث باللغة الإنجليزية بخط Times New
Roman، حجم
(12) نقطة، بمسافة سطرية مزدوجة، وهوامش مقدارها بوصة واحدة من جميع الجهات،
وبعمود واحد.
البحوث العربية تكتب بخط "Traditional
Arabic" حجم
(16) للنص الأساسي.
البحوث بلغة الهوسا تستخدم الحروف العالمية
المعتمدة ذات العلامات الخاصة (hooked letters).
يرقم البحث في منتصف أسفل الصفحة.
4. صفحة العنوان
يجب أن تتضمن صفحة العنوان المستقلة عنوان البحث،
والاسم الكامل للمؤلف أو المؤلفين، والانتماء المؤسسي أو الأكاديمي، ورقم التعريف ORCID (إن وجد)، والبريد الإلكتروني.
وإذا كانت لغة البحث الأصلية غير الإنجليزية،
فيلزم إرفاق ترجمة إنجليزية لعنوان البحث وأسماء المؤلفين.
5. أسلوب التوثيق
يحدد أسلوب التوثيق وفق تخصص البحث: نظام APA (أحدث
إصدار) للعلوم الاجتماعية، ونظام شيكاغو للعلوم الإنسانية.
يجب أن تكون جميع المراجع مكتملة ودقيقة وموحدة
التنسيق.
6. سلامة اللغة
يتحمل الباحث مسؤولية سلامة اللغة وخلو البحث من
الأخطاء النحوية والإملائية.
قد ترفض هيئة التحرير البحوث التي لا تحقق المستوى
اللغوي المطلوب في الفحص الأولي.
7. قائمة المراجع
تدرج المراجع العربية مباشرة بعد النص، مرتبة
هجائيا حسب الاسم الأخير للمؤلف.
المراجع الأجنبية ترتب وفق النظام المعتمد مع
الحفاظ على الاتساق.
8. الفحص الأولي
تحتفظ هيئة التحرير بحق الفحص الأولي للبحث للتأكد
من توافقه مع نطاق المجلة وشروطها قبل إرساله للتحكيم العلمي.
9. عملية التحكيم
تعتمد المجلة التحكيم المزدوج التعمية، حيث يراجع
البحث محكمان على الأقل.
تركز المراجعة على الأصالة، والقيمة العلمية،
والوضوح، والالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية.
تُنجَز عملية التحكيم عادة خلال مدة لا تتجاوز
أسبوعا واحدا من تاريخ استلام البحث المستوفي لشروط النشر.
10. أخلاقيات
النشر
يجب أن يكون البحث أصيلا، ولم يسبق نشره، وألا
يكون قيد المراجعة في أي جهة أخرى.
تلتزم المجلة بمعايير أخلاقيات النشر الأكاديمي،
وترفض أي بحث يخالفها.
11.
مسؤولية الباحث
الآراء الواردة في البحوث المنشورة تعبر عن رأي
الباحثين فقط، ولا تعبر بالضرورة عن رأي المجلة أو هيئة تحريرها.

طريقة التقديم
ترسل البحوث إلكترونيا عبر البوابة المخصصة على
موقع المجلة أو إلى البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي المبين في صفحة الاتصال.
